Still Some Great Bargains Available!
I'm notified each day by other Realtors on the coast about new listings, new prices, and changes in situations for listed properties. One such notification came by yesterday about an oceanfront cabin for $299,000! I'm tempted by this one - it's bank-owned and appears to be a killer deal.
